John and Cliff were awesome. We bought our 2017 Forest River Flagstaff from ClickIt RV in Pasco, WA in October. We were nervous about buying a used trailer. We bought it and were waiting to write the review until after we used it. While we were waiting to travel it was stored at our house. It rained quite a bit but there were no leaks or water damage. We traveled to Spokane this weekend and stayed at the Northern Quest RV resort. John is always available to answer any questions we have about our RV and he helped us answer questions about travel safety before we hit the road. We had no issues on our way to Spokane. Everything worked great at the camping site, no leaks, heater worked, water heater worked, and we were comfortable all through the stay. First trip of many to come. Thank you ClickIt RV team.

We were in our way to Montana from Central Oregon a few days before Thanksgiving in our motor home. Spent the night on the way. Realised, much to our dismay we had zero water pressure. Called two R.V. places for assistance. Told they were two weeks out.

Called Clickit RV in Pasco and we were told to bring our rig on in. It was a Convenient location.

We were greeted by a sales person as soon as we drove in, who showed my Husband to the service department, while I was inside our motor home the sales person informed me of what was going on.

My Husband came back and we drove to the service department where we were immediately met by a service technician. We were there 5 minutes, our problem was solved and No Charge!

We feel that if we had gone anywhere else we would not have had the honesty, professionalism and courtesy that we received from Clickit.

I needed warranty repairs done on the slide of my Venture RV 231VRL. I purchased the trailer from ClickIt RV in Spokane. Clickit RV Tri-Cities is 300 miles away from where I live (but closer than Spokane is!). They were exceptional in their ability to work with me remotely to get my repairs authorized under warranty and completed the repairs professionally and timely. They were great to work with! There were dealers closer but the one I would trust would not do a warranty repair if they did not sell me the trailer and I just did not trust the other dealers. My sales experience at ClickIt RV in Spokane was great as well, but I will be posting a separate review for them.

Cant say enough good things about. Ser ice excellent knowledge of produce very good, sales folks great. Wish we had met 10 yrs ago.

This rating is specifically for Ron. I was looking to purchase from afar and Ron helped with a particular trailer. He set up two appointments with me to talk about the trailer, sent additional pictures, and took time to find answers to all of my questions. Unfortunately, I decide on a trailer elsewhere, but the service I received from Ron was top notch. I would seek him out if I was in the market for another trailer.

Wow great experience! Went to get my trailer serviced and was greeted by a very friendly staff. Trailer issue was diagnosed and repaired for much less than I expected. I spent two days trying to repair myself with no success...

Excellent folks to work with. Ive dealt with them on two different occasions. The first is I bought a camper and not only did I get a great deal but the service was phenomenal. The second occasion, had to do with warranty coverage. To make a long story short we had a minor issue with the camper and there was a miss understanding between me, the warranty company, and the service department at click it RV. The service manager at ClickIt RV not only Intervened but he cover much of the cost as well when he didnt have to. Especially after discovering the items that were fixed wasnt cover under warranty to begin with.

Click It RV Service Department did an outstanding job repairing our trailer. Everyone in the service department was friendly and professional. The technician made sure we were happy with the repair to our trailer. I would definitely recommend Click It RV Service Department.

I have been dreaming of owning a camper for years. After years of researching and a few visits to other dealers, I could not have asked for a better experience from Click-it RV. From the moment we arrived to look, to the time we drove away with my dream, the team took care of us and continue to support us in this new adventure! Upon arrival, Kevin diligently showed us the RVs we were interested in and did not hesitate to call another associate when he was unable to answer some of our questions. Mark was patient, as my husband and I pondered the various options and kindly entertained the kiddos while we chatted. I am grateful for the team at Click-it RV for being supportive, knowledgeable, and thorough! They made me feel like I had my big brothers helping me throughout the process. We just purchased out first RV in Ky and moved here to Spokane. Well this is our second day living in it, this morning I locked Myself out..a gentleman from here came and unlocked my door and was so friendly! And wouldnt charge me.. if we ever need anything for our rv we will definitely give them our business!! Thank you so much!

Kevin in service at the Spokane north service center is awesome.

We left our trailer on the pre scheduled service date to get some major electrical repairs. He called me the next day with an estimate of what needed done. He explained in detail what the technician determined needed replaced. They fixed what needed in a timely manner and we were on our to happy camping again. Our trailer was repaired and ready to go on the day and time Kevin said it would be. CLICKITRV the only place to have your trailer or motorhome repaired. They give you back the old parts they placed.

Would like to give a shout out to Hank from Clickit RV..my husband and I saw a 5th wheel that we liked on-line, called and got Hank. He had us pre-approved before we even got there, and were done in just a few hours. He is a wonderful salesman, not pushy at all, not like other saleman from other dealerships that we went to. I would recommend using Hank and would be very happy to have him as our salesman if we should decide we to trade in. 5 stars to you Hank!!

Wow, seriously the easiest and best experience in making a large purchase ever! We have bought vehicles and campers before but this was by far the easiest and smoothest. Ashley Densmore was positive and upbeat, gave us great information and gave us time to think, yet not pushy at all. We had very specific requests because of our budget and large family. Just bought our travel trailer from Click It RV. John Thorsen was our salesman and he was spectacular to work with. Right when we arrived and gave him a general idea of what we were looking for, he took us straight to the trailer we ended up purchasing. Of course, we made him show us a handful of other ones for comparison but he knew the perfect one for us right away. All the way to the financial side of things, the walk through orientation (which was very helpful), and installation of our drop hitch, John was there to help and answer any questions. Could not recommend a business and more specifically a salesman more! Well definitely be back when were ready to upgrade!

Great job by the parts department at the y location. After a dismal stop at a different RV parts department I walked into the Clickit RV location and was quickly helped by the parts staff. They did not have what I wanted but said they could order it and have it tomorrow. So I did order it. All it takes is a little customer service to make the customer WANT to spend money. This staff did a great job! I will be back when I need something else.
